SHIPPING

Here at Lock and Latch our shipping policy is very simple.  We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for all orders Australia wide*.  The benefit to the customer is that you always know what your shipping costs will be, and for large orders we absorb the extra costs of shipping as a discount to the customer.

We use Aus Post as well as other courier services. We will notify you ASAP if any item is out of stock and you will have an option to cancel your order.

If you are in urgent need of your items, please contact us on 0425 229090 and we will arrange an express service if possible.

Shipping rates for these orders are customized depending on size and quantity.

Estimated Delivery time frames are based on the time taken once the order has been picked up from our Warehouse.

For most items your to order will picked and packed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  

For larger items, including beading, weights and sash cord we use couriers and for smaller items Australia Post

Lost Parcels

Lock and Latch will work with Australia Post or the Courier Service to assist in locating lost parcels.  

• Check Tracking Number to Determine Delivery Date
  Please ensure that you have checked the tracking number to determine if your parcel has been delivered or is about to be delivered.
  
  
• Parcel Not Delivered by Delivery Date
  If the parcel has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please notify Australia Post or the courier - depending which company was delivering your parcel.  You can also contact Lock and Latch and we will raise a "lost parcel" enquiry on your behalf and follow up.
  
  
• Stolen Parcel
  If proof of delivery is provided from Australia Post or the courier, but parcel appears to stolen, please report this to the police.
